Standard Rates vs. After Hours, Holidays, and Urgent Rates
Our team strives to complete all work within the working hours of M-F: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm in order of request and keeping project work within this same time period too. When we receive a request that needs to be completed outside of working hours, i.e., evening, weekends, holidays, the request will be completed at a higher rate above our standard rate.
The same thing for urgent requests. If there is an urgent request that needs to be completed ahead of other scheduled work in order to meet your requested deadline, then there will be an urgent rate above our standard rate assigned to it for completion.
